Everyday Red Star Poker will announce a Gold Card Daily Lottery. This Lottery will have a preset expiration date and time and multiple Lotteries may be in effect at the same time, so be sure to check the other Daily Lotteries to see if your Gold Cards are eligible. A player will be eligible to win the Gold Card Lottery if they receive a Gold Card that matches the Gold Card on the Rewards Page for that specific Lottery. Players who have the winning Gold Cards in their collection can redeem them for cash or tickets to exclusive tournaments. Alternatively, players can choose to hold on to their Gold Cards and try to redeem them for larger Series 3 Guaranteed Prizes, including our $52,000 Gold Card Jackpot.
Once a Daily Lottery expires, you will not be able to redeem your Gold Cards for that specific Lottery. Also, once you redeem a Gold Card for a prize, it will be removed from your collection (and the site) for good. You can earn multiples of a single type of card (which are displayed in numbers on the bottom right corner of your Gold Card).
The specifics for the Gold Card Daily Lottery are displayed in the Awards section of the client. Each day a new lottery will be announced, offering you cash or tournament tickets in exchange for your Gold Card(s). You will also see the time remaining on the lottery offer as they will expire quickly.
The same Random Number Generator that Red Star Poker uses to ensure the fairness of all our poker games is used to ensure the equitable and random distribution of all Gold Cards over the set period of time.
