All-in cashout

The iPoker Network presents the brand-new All-in Cash Out feature, which allows the player to cash out his/her equity in an all-in situation.

The amount the player receives when cashing out is provided from the “Cash out Fund”. The All-in Cash Out functionality is offered in all cash games limits (including Speed poker) when two players go all-in, no more actions in the hand are possible, the River card is not dealt, and the player has at least some chance of winning (more than 0% and less than 100%).

The player can set his/her preferences for the usage of the feature via the new All-in Cash out option in the Table section of the settings. Upon selecting the option, the All-in Cash out preferences dialog appears:

The dialog contains general information about the functionality and allows the player to enable or disable it:
  • If the player selects the Never option, the client will not offer the possibility to cash out
  • If the player selects the By Hand option, the player will be offered the possibility to cash out in each appropriate situation.

Sample use case:

Two players go all-in on the Flop. The pot of the hand is 100 EUR. “Player 1” has a 70% chance of winning the hand, and “Player 2” has a 30% chance of winning, respectively. “Player 1” decides to cash out and receives 70 EUR for cashing out regardless of the hand’s outcome. The hand proceeds as usual, resulting in one of the following outcomes:

  • Outcome 1: “Player 1” wins the hand and receives only 70 EUR, the remaining part of the pot goes to the “Cash out Fund”.
  • Outcome 2: “Player 2” wins the pot and receives 100 EUR; “Player 1” receives 70 EUR from the “Cash out Fund”.
  • Outcome 3: The players split the pot. “Player 1” receives 20 EUR from the “Cash out Fund” and 50 EUR from the pot; “Player 2” receives 50 EUR from the pot.
As the functionality is offered only on cash tables, the player should head to the Cash view of the respective client and sit on a table supporting the functionality. In Download Desktop and Native Mobile clients, the player can distinguish the tables that support All-in Cash Out thanks to the new all-in cash out attribute icon:
When the player sits on a table supporting All-in Cash Out, a popup message informs the player about this:

When the gameplay begins and a cash-out situation occurs, a popup on the table asks the players whether they would like to cash out or run the hand as usual:

  • If one player chooses to cash out, the player immediately receives the amount offered by the room to his/her table balance.
  • If the player who cashed out wins the hand, the pot (or the respective part of it) goes to the “Cash out Fund”; the player cannot claim it.
  • If the player who cashed out loses the hand, then the opponent will get the pot, as usual.
  • If both players choose to cash out, they will be credited with the corresponding Cash Out amounts, and the pot will go to “Cash out Fund”, regardless of the outcome of the hand.
  • If both players reject to cash out, the hand runs as usual.
Important:
  • Cashing out does not affect the outcome of the hand. The value of each player’s hand is based on the equity. The equity (all-in odds) is calculated based on the open cards- the board’s cards and the all-in players' cards
  • The All-in Cash Out feature can visualize the cash-out amounts in Big Blinds. The amounts get visualized in Big Blinds only when the player enables the Show money in Big Blinds for Cash games option
  • If the All-in Cash Out feature is not active for a given player, when cash out situation occurs, a toast message informs the player that his opponent is thinking whether to cash out.
  • The network only takes the rake for using the function and this rake goes to the promo pot of the network, not to the room.
  • There is no additional fee for using the All-in cashout function
